If you are using Internet Explorer or any browser that is no longer actively maintained by its developer, we cannot guarantee platform functionality and recommend switching to a modern supported browser. Opera and Brave are generally compatible but are not officially tested configurations — your experience may vary.

We do not run aggressive advertising on our platform, but some ad blockers interfere with JavaScript and local storage in ways that affect game loading. FIXING COMMON GAME ISSUES
THE GAME WON'T LOAD
- Perform a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)

THE GAME IS SLOW OR STUTTERING
- Close other tabs and applications running in the background to free up memory
- Ensure hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser settings (found under Advanced settings in most browsers)
- Check that your graphics drivers are up to date if you are on a desktop or laptop
- Try lowering the display resolution or zoom level in your browser (use Ctrl+- to zoom out)
- Restart your browser and reload the game with no other tabs open
THE GAME FROZE MID-SESSION
- Do not close the tab immediately — wait 15 to 30 seconds to see if it recovers on its own
- If it does not recover, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- If freezing happens frequently, check available memory on your device and close unused applications
- Try clearing local storage for our domain in your browser's developer tools
- If the problem persists after these steps, contact us with your browser name, version, device type, and a description of what you were doing when the freeze occurred
AUDIO OR VISUAL GLITCHES
- Hard refresh the page to ensure you are loading the latest version of all game assets
- Clear browser cache (not just cookies) to remove any cached files that may be outdated
- Check that your browser is updated to the latest available version
- For audio issues, confirm your device volume is not muted and that the browser has permission to play audio
- Try toggling hardware acceleration off and on in browser settings if visual glitches persist
ACCOUNT AND PROFILE SUPPORT
Most account issues can be resolved through self-service options or by contacting our support team directly. Here are the most common account topics and how to handle them.
Login problems: If you cannot log in, first try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Check that you are using the email address associated with your account and that your password does not contain copy-paste errors. If the reset email does not arrive within five minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Updating your information: You can update your display name, email address, and notification preferences from within your account settings panel. If you need to change information that is not editable through self-service, contact us at hello@hungryhuntergaming.com.
Account deletion: To delete your account and associated personal data, email privacy@hungryhuntergaming.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within seven business days and confirm once complete. Note that deleting your account also permanently removes all associated profile data, progress, and community contributions.
Suspended accounts: If your account has been suspended, you will have received an email explaining the reason. To appeal a suspension you believe was made in error, reply to that email or contact hello@hungryhuntergaming.com with your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the suspension was unjust.
PLAYING ON MOBILE DEVICES
Hungry Hunter Gaming is fully optimized for mobile browsers. Troll Hunter Expedition runs on smartphones and tablets through Chrome for Android, Safari for iOS, Firefox for Android, and Edge for Android. We recommend using the latest version of these browsers for the best mobile experience.
Adding to your home screen: For a more convenient experience, you can add Hungry Hunter Gaming to your home screen. On iOS Safari, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen." On Android Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut that launches the site in a full-screen browser window without the address bar.
Mobile performance tips: Close other open apps before playing to maximize available memory. Keep your browser updated for best performance and security. If the game loads slowly on your connection, try connecting to WiFi rather than mobile data. Touch controls are fully supported and have been designed specifically for touchscreen interaction.
Known mobile limitations: Some very old devices or devices running outdated operating systems may experience degraded performance.
